My name is Timo Ruigrok, 30 years old and proud papa of two girls Lola & Frenkie. Together with my girlfriend Lucy and the kids we live on the Prins Bernhardstraat in Noordwijk.
From a young age, I have always really enjoyed providing people with a fun experience and making sure the service is top notch. I gained experience in restaurants & hotels and always looked at how to make the guest leave with a good feeling again after their dinner/stay.
From here, the idea was born to set up HelloNoordwijk and provide a nice stay for guests but also to really give them a nice experience. We do this by giving guests lots of information about fun activities, sights and other opportunities within our beautiful village!
My name is Frank de Jong, I am 37 years old and live with my girlfriend Christine in Noordwijk aan Zee.
From a young age, I have loved working with my hands. I worked a lot in the hospitality industry, and in construction in the Netherlands and southern France. At age 20, I went abroad for the first time for a winter to work and travel. I did that traveling until I was 28, working summers and exploring the world in winter.
After this wonderful period, I started my first business together with my father: BIK Frietwerk, an upscale fries restaurant in The Hague. This company I sold in 2023.
With the experience from my family – my father René de Jong, founder of BizzStay, and my brother Mark de Jong, owner of Hello Zeeland – renting recreational homes is in my blood. After five years of renting out two properties myself, it seems like a great step to now do this for others. My goal is to help homeowners with reliable management, good returns and the assurance that their property is in good hands.
